Click on the "Inboxes" option at the top of the Chatmaxima dashboard and select "Add Inbox".

Choose Instagram DM Inbox

Select the option for Instagram DM inbox from the list of available inboxes.

Agree to Terms

Tick the "I Agree" checkbox and then proceed by selecting "Continue".

Login with Facebook

Click on the "Login with Facebook" button to connect your Instagram page with your Chatmaxima account. This step will redirect you to Facebook.

Connect Your Page

Enter your Facebook login credentials to connect your page with Chatmaxima. Follow the prompts to allow Helpwise access to conversations on your Instagram page.

Grant Permissions

After logging in, grant Helpwise various permissions by selecting all options and clicking the "Done" button.

Select Your Page

Once back on Chatmaxima, choose the Facebook page connected to your Instagram Page. Give your inbox a recognizable name for easy identification and click on “Next”.

Add Team Members

In the next step, add team members who will collaborate on this shared inbox. Click on ‘Create Inbox’ to finish.

Confirmation

You have now successfully created your Instagram Direct Message shared inbox on Chatmaxima.
