Your ChatMaxima subscription is set to automatically renew, and you will be billed accordingly until you decide to cancel. To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your ChatMaxima account at any time.

Please note that payments for ChatMaxima subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

If you wish to downgrade your account before your next payment date, follow these steps:

(a) Log in to your account.
(b) Navigate to the Billing section.
(c) Select Cancel Subscription.

By doing so, your subscription will no longer renew, and you won’t incur any further charges.

In the event that you encounter a bug or error in our product or service and believe you are entitled to a refund, we kindly ask that you schedule a call with our support team. During this call, please provide a demonstration of the issue. This policy ensures that we can promptly address and resolve any potential errors, maintaining the highest standard for our products and services.
