AI powered analytics widgets on the dashboard
Turn the dashboard into a place that answers questions instead of only showing counters. Widgets that summarize what happened across conversations, channels and agents in plain language, surface what changed since last week, and flag anomalies worth looking at. Being able to ask a question in plain English and get a chart or a short answer back would remove most of the manual reporting work.
