Customizable inbox views

Let each agent shape the inbox around how they actually work. Choose which columns and details appear in the conversation list, set the row density, pick a default sort, and save filter combinations (for example unassigned WhatsApp conversations from the last 24 hours) as named views that can be kept private or shared with the whole team.
