Yes. Your data is hosted in India on AWS Mumbai by default. As part of Enterprise onboarding we can provision a dedicated, single-tenant instance with its own database, and deploy it in another region to meet your data-residency requirements.

Yes. MaxIA supports bring-your-own-key, so you can plug in your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini keys and have AI usage bill to your provider account. MaxIA also runs on our included models out of the box if you prefer.

Yes. Enterprise includes a signed Data Processing Agreement and GDPR-aligned data handling, with data deletion and export on request. We are happy to complete your security questionnaire and procurement review. If you have specific certification requirements, talk to us about your needs.
