12 Best White Label Chatbot Platforms for Agencies (2026) - ChatMaxima

12 Best White Label Chatbot Platforms for Agencies (2026)

Choosing between white label chatbot platforms looks easy until you read the fine print. One vendor’s “white label” means your own domain, your logo, client sub-accounts and billing in your name. Another vendor’s “white label” means a $49 add-on that hides a small badge on the chat widget, while the dashboard your client logs into still carries their brand.

The gap matters because agencies are moving from using AI to selling it. Forrester and the 4A’s found in June 2026 that nine in 10 US marketing agencies already use generative AI, yet 61% still treat it as a cost of doing business, and only 31% plan to monetize agentic AI within the next 24 months (Forrester, 2026). The agencies in that 31% need a platform they can put their own name on.

This guide compares 12 platforms that offer a real agency white label program, then lists the popular tools that only remove branding or have no white label option at all. If you are new to the model itself (what white labeling is, how to package and price it), start with our white-label chatbots guide and come back here when you are ready to pick a vendor.

Disclosure: we build ChatMaxima, which is one of the 12 platforms below. We have tried to hold it to the same standard as everyone else, including where it falls short. All prices are in USD unless noted and were taken from each vendor’s own pricing pages on 7 October 2026. Vendors change plans often, so confirm before you sign.

What “White Label” Means on Each Platform

Before comparing white label chatbot platforms, it helps to sort them into three groups, because vendors use the same words for very different things.

  • Full platform white label. Your clients log into a dashboard on your domain (for example `bots.youragency.com`), see your logo and product name, and receive emails from you. You manage many clients from one agency account. This is what most agencies actually need.
  • Branding removal only. The vendor lets you hide “Powered by X” on the chat widget, usually as a paid add-on. The client still sees the vendor’s dashboard, so you either keep the dashboard to yourself or your client sees who powers the bot.
  • Referral or reseller of their brand. You earn a commission for selling the vendor’s product under the vendor’s name. Useful income, but not white label.

Only the first group lets you build a branded product. That is the group we compare in depth.

How We Compared These White Label Chatbot Platforms

We scored every platform on the six questions agencies ask most when they evaluate white label AI chatbot software:

  1. White label price. What is the cheapest plan that includes full white label, and what does it include?
  2. Custom domain. Can clients log into a dashboard on your domain?
  3. Client sub-accounts. How many clients can you manage, and does each one cost extra?
  4. Rebilling. Can the platform charge your clients directly, at prices you set?
  5. Channels. Website chat is table stakes. Does it cover WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and SMS?
  6. Voice. Can you sell AI phone agents from the same account?

We also looked at the cost that catches agencies out most often: usage fees per client or per location that grow faster than your revenue.

The quick verdict: most platforms on this list look cheap at sign-up and get expensive per client, through per-location AI fees, per-agent charges, capped sub-accounts or per-minute overage. ChatMaxima is the one that combines unlimited client workspaces, every major messaging channel, leading AI models, voice agents and a white-labelled mobile app in a single flat price, so your 50th client costs you no more in platform fees than your first.

The 12 Best White Label Chatbot Platforms for Agencies

1. ChatMaxima

Best for: agencies whose clients sell on WhatsApp, Instagram and the web, and who want one flat fee rather than per-client AI charges.

ChatMaxima’s white label comes on the Ultra plan at $499 a month or $2,499 a year. It includes:

  • Your own brand everywhere clients look: custom domain, light and dark logos, favicon, product name and your support email.
  • Unlimited workspaces and team members, so each client gets its own workspace with no per-client fee.
  • All channels in one inbox: WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS and web chat, with no cap on connected accounts.
  • AI agents and a no-code builder: train bots on a client’s website, documents and FAQs, and pick from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Llama models. Voice agents are available for agencies adding AI phone bots.
  • 200,000 messages a month across all workspaces (3,000,000 a year on annual billing), with extra bundles at $10 per 10,000.
  • A white-labelled mobile app for iOS and Android, included at no extra cost. Your clients’ agents reply to chats, handle tickets and get push notifications on their phones, and the app shows your logo after they log in, not ours.
  • A developer REST API for contacts, conversations, tickets and WhatsApp sends.

Good to know: you bill clients directly through your own Stripe or accounting tool, so you own the payment relationship and keep everything you charge, with no platform cut. White labeling has a one-time setup fee, quoted on request, and the message allowance is pooled across all clients, with top-ups available if a client grows fast.

2. GoHighLevel

Best for: agencies that want to resell a full CRM and marketing suite, with chatbots as one part of it.

HighLevel’s SaaS Mode is on the Agency Pro plan at $497 a month ($4,970 a year). A white label login domain is available on all agency plans, the Unlimited plan ($297) gets unlimited sub-accounts, and Agency Pro adds rebilling with markup, so clients pay you directly through HighLevel’s SaaS Configurator.

Watch out for: AI is priced per location on top of the plan. HighLevel’s AI Employee costs $50 a month per enabled location (1,000 responses) or $97 a month per location for unlimited use, and Voice AI is billed per minute plus text-to-speech, LLM tokens and phone charges. WhatsApp adds $10 a month per sub-account plus Meta’s fees, and a white label mobile app is a further $497 a month. If your clients only need a chatbot, the CRM can be more than they will use.

3. Stammer.ai

Best for: small agencies that want the lowest entry price for a branded AI agent product.

Stammer’s Pro White Label plan is $99 a month. It removes all Stammer branding, adds your domain, logo and colors, and includes five or more chat agents and five or more voice agents, with extra agents at $10 a month each. Clients can prepay into sub-account wallets connected to your Stripe, and you set the margin per message.

Watch out for: the number of client sub-accounts on Pro is not stated on the current pricing page, and older Stammer documentation still quotes previous plans. Confirm the limit before you build your pricing around it. Telegram is not listed among its channels.

4. BotPenguin

Best for: agencies serving price-sensitive markets that want their own plans and invoices.

BotPenguin runs a separate White Label Partner program, starting at $600 a year on the Pebble tier. Higher partner tiers are quoted by sales. Partners get a custom domain, their own logo and colors, branded emails and invoices, and can define their own client plans and keep all of the revenue. A branded iOS and Android app is available as an add-on, priced on request.

Watch out for: client account limits per partner tier are not published, multi-currency billing is limited to the higher tiers, and AI voice agents are only on the higher partner tiers too.

5. Insighto.ai

Best for: agencies selling voice and chat together who are comfortable with capped usage.

Insighto has two published agency plans: Agency Starter at $299 a month ($239 a month billed yearly) with 10 sub-accounts, 1,000 voice minutes and 5,000 text queries, and Agency Pro at $499 a month ($399 yearly) with 50 sub-accounts, 3,000 minutes and 10,000 queries. Both include your own domain and logo, and Insighto says you can set your own client pricing.

Watch out for: the sub-account caps are firm limits, and usage beyond the allowance is billed at $0.06 per voice minute and $0.015 per chat query. Check how rebilling works before relying on it.

6. ConvoCore

Best for: agencies that want chat and voice agents with client self-signup.

ConvoCore lists a White Label plan at $199 a month with 20 sub-accounts and a White Label Elite plan at $349 a month with unlimited clients and a SaaS mode that lets clients sign themselves up. It covers web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email, SMS and voice over SIP or Twilio, and says clients never see the ConvoCore name.

Watch out for: ConvoCore’s own pages did not agree on the entry price or the client limit when we checked, so ask for the current terms in writing.

7. ChatbotX

Best for: agencies built around social and messaging automation that want a ManyChat-style product under their brand.

ChatbotX’s Whitelabel plan is $299 a month for 20 workspaces and 2 million bot messages, with a custom domain and SSL for your agency portal, SaaS sub-accounts and Stripe billing. It covers WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Zalo, email and web chat, and you bring your own LLM keys. A free self-hosted Community edition is also available.

Watch out for: voice and SMS are not listed, and AI costs land on your own model provider account.

8. UChat

Best for: agencies that need unusual channels such as Viber, WeChat or Line.

UChat’s Partner plan is $199 a month and includes full white label, a custom domain, a partner portal and API, and Stripe auto-billing so you keep the margin. Partners get an unbranded mobile app for free, and can pay to publish the app under their own brand from their own App Store and Google Play accounts.

Watch out for: ask how client workspaces are licensed on top of the partner fee, because that decides how your costs grow per client. AI usage depends on the model provider you connect.

9. Botsify

Best for: agencies that want a done-for-you option alongside a white label dashboard.

Botsify’s white label agency plan includes unlimited AI agents, a custom domain with SSL, a white label dashboard with reselling rights, bring-your-own-key AI and markup on token usage for client rebilling. It covers the web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS and Slack.

Watch out for: the agency plan price was not shown on Botsify’s pricing pages when we checked (it asks you to book a demo), and voice is limited to a small monthly allowance of minutes.

10. Trillet

Best for: agencies whose main product is AI phone receptionists.

Trillet is voice-first. Its Agency plan is $299 a month with 3,000 minutes, unlimited workspaces, a custom domain, branded emails and your own per-minute client rates. A smaller Studio plan ($99) allows three workspaces with your logo and name but no custom domain.

Watch out for: WhatsApp is not listed, and AI processing is billed at $0.12 per minute plus telephony.

11. ChatBotBuilder.ai

Best for: larger agencies that want unlimited sub-accounts and a complete SaaS mode from day one.

The White Label Enterprise plan is $2,499 a month, with a custom domain, unlimited client sub-accounts and room for 1 million contacts across web, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email and voice.

Watch out for: the price only makes sense at scale, and white label purchases are non-refundable, so trial the standard plan first.

12. Voiceflow

Best for: agencies with designers and developers who build complex, custom conversation logic.

Voiceflow offers an Agencies and Partners track with usage-based billing, white labeling and client handoff tools, but prices are quoted individually. Widget branding can be removed on its Business plan.

Watch out for: WhatsApp is not a native channel (it needs a third-party provider), and there is no documented branded client dashboard or built-in client billing. Voiceflow suits agencies that hand finished builds to clients more than agencies running a branded SaaS.

Platforms That Only Remove the “Powered by” Badge

These are good chatbot tools, but their “white label” stops at the widget. Your client either never logs in, or sees the vendor’s brand when they do.

Platform What you can remove Cost Agency program
Chatbase “Powered by Chatbase” $99/mo add-on; full white label on Enterprise No client sub-accounts
Botpress Webchat branding Included on Plus, $150/mo No agency plan
Botsonic “Powered by Botsonic” $49/mo add-on None for the chatbot
Chatling Branding, plus custom domain $35/mo and $10/mo per domain Affiliate only
SiteGPT Branding $39/mo add-on; white label by request Contact sales
CustomGPT.ai “Powered by” From Premium, $499/mo None
Kommunicate Branding and white label Enterprise only Reseller sells Kommunicate brand

They can work if you run every bot yourself and send clients reports instead of a login. Once clients want to see conversations, edit answers or reply from an inbox, you will need one of the 12 platforms above.

Popular Tools With No White Label Option

Some of the best-known names in conversational marketing do not offer white labeling at all:

  • Manychat confirms it cannot be white labeled. Its agency program is a directory listing.
  • Landbot says it has no white label solution and suggests one account per client. Branding removal starts on Professional (€100 a month), and its partner program is affiliate-based.
  • Tidio lets you remove branding for $16.67 a month, and its agency program is a referral revenue share.
  • Wati offers referral and value-added reseller tracks that sell Wati under its own brand.
  • Yellow.ai sells through channel partners on enterprise contracts.

If a client already uses one of these, you can still manage it for them as a service. You just cannot rebrand it as your product.

How to Choose the Right White Label AI Chatbot Platform

The best platform depends on what you sell, where your clients’ customers are and how you want to bill. Five common agency profiles:

Your clients’ customers live on WhatsApp. In much of Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe, WhatsApp is where sales and support happen. Meta reported that paid WhatsApp business messaging passed a $2 billion annual run rate in Q4 2025 (Meta, 2026). Pick a platform with native WhatsApp Business API support and no per-client WhatsApp fee, such as ChatMaxima, BotPenguin or ChatbotX.

You are already running clients on HighLevel. Adding SaaS Mode is the natural step, but price the AI per location before you commit. Alternatively, keep HighLevel as the CRM and run the conversational layer on a platform that integrates with it, such as ChatMaxima.

You want to sell AI phone agents first. A voice-first platform like Trillet, or an all-rounder with voice included such as ChatMaxima, Stammer.ai or Insighto.ai, will get you there. Our voice agents guide for agencies covers what to offer and how to price it.

You need the platform to bill your clients. GoHighLevel, Stammer.ai, ChatbotX, UChat and BotPenguin all let clients pay through the platform at prices you set. If your platform does not, a Stripe subscription per client is a perfectly workable alternative and keeps the client relationship in your own billing system.

You are just starting and want to test demand. Start on a lower-cost plan with a free trial, sign two or three pilot clients, and move up when the numbers work. Before you start, ask whether upgrading to the white label tier keeps your existing bots and client data.

Whatever the profile, keep humans in the loop. Gartner found in August 2026 that 87% of customers say companies using generative AI for customer service must offer access to a human agent (Gartner, 2026). A platform with a shared team inbox and clean handoff from bot to human is easier to sell than one that only runs bots.

Run the Margin Math Before You Sign

The headline plan price is rarely what decides your margin. What decides it is how costs grow as you add clients. Here is a simple example for an agency with 15 clients paying $199 a month each, or $2,985 in monthly revenue.

Flat white label plan Per-location AI pricing
Example ChatMaxima Ultra GoHighLevel Agency Pro + AI Employee Unlimited
Platform fee $499 $497
Per-client AI fee $0 $97 x 15 = $1,455
Monthly platform cost $499 $1,952, plus voice, phone and WhatsApp usage
Gross margin on $2,985 About $2,486 (83%) About $1,033 (35%) before usage

This is not a verdict on HighLevel, which includes a full CRM, funnels and email that a chatbot-only plan does not. The point is to model your costs at 5, 15 and 50 clients on every shortlist, including:

  • per-client or per-location fees
  • message, conversation or minute caps, and what overage costs
  • WhatsApp fees from the platform on top of Meta’s own charges
  • AI model usage if you bring your own keys
  • one-time setup fees for white labeling or onboarding

Questions to Ask Every Vendor Before You Commit

Pricing pages leave out details that matter once you have 20 clients. Ask each vendor these questions directly, and get the answers in writing:

  • Where can our brand still leak? Check embed code, email notifications, password reset pages, browser tab titles, mobile apps and help links.
  • Who owns the client data and bots if we leave? Ask whether you can export conversations, contacts and bot flows.
  • What happens when a client exceeds the allowance? Find out whether bots stop, you are billed automatically, or the client is.
  • Can clients log in with limited permissions? You may want clients to see the inbox and reports but not edit bot logic.
  • How is WhatsApp onboarding handled? Embedded signup for each client’s number saves hours per client.
  • Is there a trial? Build one real client bot before you commit to an annual plan.

Conclusion: Picking From the White Label Chatbot Platforms That Fit Your Agency

There is no single best choice among white label chatbot platforms. There is the best fit for your clients’ channels, your sales model and your margin. If you want the cheapest entry point, Stammer.ai and BotPenguin are hard to beat. If you want a CRM empire, GoHighLevel’s SaaS Mode is built for it. If you are voice-first, look at Trillet and Insighto.ai.

If your clients sell on WhatsApp, Instagram and the web, and you want one flat price with unlimited client workspaces and no per-client AI fees, ChatMaxima’s Ultra plan was designed for exactly that. You can compare plans on our pricing page, check the tools it connects to on the integrations page, and start a 7-day free trial to build your first branded client bot before you decide.
